Please review the following links for important information:
PLEASE BE ADVISED OF JETRO/RESTAURANT DEPOT'S CONTINUING POLICIES AND PROTOCOL WITH RESPECT TO ALL OF OUR VENDORS
- TERMS - Terms for payment start on the later of the date of goods or the date the invoice has been received; our check will be mailed on the due date based on the later of receipt of invoice or merchandise
- DEDUCTIONS - We are unable to research deductions, skipped invoices or payment related issues that are greater than 180 days old. Please make sure to notify us with 180 days of payment, or non-payment as to any issues you may have regarding deductions - we will be happy to research them
- PRICING - All vendors must pre-approve all aspects of our purchase orders. Once a purchase order has been submitted to the warehouses, it is FINAL with respect to pricing and quantities
- If deductions are taken for price related issues, do not speak to Accounts Payable - speak to the buyers directly. Our Accounts Payable Department can only be expected to pay the prices reflected on the purchase order
- SHORTAGES - In order to investigate any shortage issues, please supply the Proof of delivery indicating; full receipt of the merchandise in question
